Eko's Reservations and Booking Solution provides a reliable and secure environment for your customers to access product information and pricing using SMS. The Eko SMS Application Server coupled with the EkoCATALOG and EkoINTERACT Advanced Modules enables information access with advanced session management. All text messages are sent and received using a secure (SSL) 128 bit encrypted connection to the SMS Gateway. Higher levels of security are available over a VPN or direct gateway connection.
Both the Application Server and your external data sources remain secure behind existing firewall infrastructure. The Eko Platform has been developed using open standards enabling deployment on almost any operating environment, from enterprise strength unix operating systems to mid-range windows based systems.
